On the nose, its aroma is revealed layer by layer, as if moving from summer to autumn. The first hints of small crisp red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry) slowly open up to aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, and blueberry). The complexity is intensely sensual (musk, rose) and spicy (pink pepper and nutmeg).
Beautiful golden-yellow colour with a foaming necklace of tiny bubbles. Pleasing to the nose, initially reminiscent of white fruits and raisins, then of vanilla and later of brioche.
There is a fine balance between the fruity aromas coming from the grape varieties and the toasty aromas following the ageing in the bottle.
